We want you to shop with confidence at Gold Depot Inc. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Our goal is to make every order smooth, transparent, and worry-free, so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it’s in your hands, (and beyond).


1. Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order out quickly. Our shipping process is designed to be efficient and reliable, so you can feel confident that your items will be on their way without delay.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received and cleared.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship using fully insured, trackable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Registered Mail. Tracking numbers can be fetched from your account orders.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination. Free shipping may be offered on select orders.
  • Insurance: All shipments are insured for the full purchase value until signed for at delivery. Once signed for, the responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • Delivery Times: Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • No International Shipping Outside of the United States


2.  Delivery Policy

Your order matters to us until it’s safely in your hands. We work with trusted carriers to ensure smooth delivery, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Signature Requirement: All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.
  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email.
  • Delays: Gold Depot Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.


3. Exchange Policy

We’re here to help if you need to discuss an exchange. Our process is unique to each customer’s order. Some orders may not be eligible for an exchange. You may need to speak with a sales agent to make adjustments or discuss your options.

  • Due to the nature of precious metals and market fluctuations, we do not accept product-for-product exchanges.
  • If you wish to acquire a different product, you may return your original purchase, if eligible and place a new order.
  • You can determine if an order is eligible for a return by reviewing our Return Policy. 


4. Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right our agents are available to assist with the return process. Our policies reflect the nature of precious metals and market fluctuations.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, provided the product remains in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • Products Eligible for Return: Certified Coins, Numismatics, Old coins, Modern Coins and Certified Coins that have extra value beyond their metal content.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Bullion products, (gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bars/coins), products that have been tampered with, altered, or removed from original packaging or certified coin holder, that has been tampered with or with a serial number that is different than the original item sent. Special order items or customized pieces.
  • Return Process: Contact us at support@golddepotonline.com within 3 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for insured return shipping costs. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before sending items back.


5. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. When eligible returns are established, we process refunds promptly and fairly, keeping the experience simple and worry-free.

  • Inspection: Once the return is received, it will be inspected to verify authenticity and condition.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method, minus shipping, insurance, and a restocking fee of up to 5% to cover market volatility.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Market Loss Policy: If the value of the returned product has declined due to market price changes, the difference will be deducted from the refund.
  • Policy Updates: This Shipping & Returns Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
